well, I’ve waited long enough. Here’s the pictures of my before and after on P90X. Now the before was actually taken a while back but I still looked the same (maybe worse) when I started the routine. The now pictures look OK and I plan to get bigger and leaner since I am continuing the workouts and diet. So, whaddya think?

I think my legs got bigger for sure, and the bulge in the belly is almost gone. I guess I’ll have another updated photo in a month or two.before-and-after

    Damn. Really great progress. You’re getting really tight, your posture improved, you look younger and more energized . Your hard work really shows. Keep up the great work!

      Thanks! Admittedly, I tried to look as gross as possible for the before picture just so I’d have a better contrast to the after picture. Still a work in progress (does it ever end? NO)

    what equipment did u need for the program?

      You need the P90X DVDs (of course) and a pull-up bar (Iron Gym is what I use). There are some exercises that you could use weights with but you can also do them without. If you do want weights you may only need 10-15 lbs at first. I have the Bowflex SelectTech weights so they allow me to go heavier, but honestly when I started I could only lift low weights because I was so worn out during the workout!

    I am an officer in the US Navy, (10 years and counting) and am constantly surrounded by some of the sexiest men ever. I find I have become somewhat desensitized sometimes, but I have to say that you are BY FAR one of the most visually appealing men I have ever laid eyes on. The eyes defininitely complete your package. I see something in them that I can’t quite put my finger on, and it is something with such impact that it comes across just in your pics. Whatever it is, I hope you never allow yourself to lose it.
