yesterday my new ring came in from custom steel (for my guishe). there was a mix-up about a month ago and they sent me a ring that was open at the bottom and had these barbed wire twists on the ends. ouch! so i called them and they said they would send a new one and i could drop the old one in the box and send it back. when i opened the box it had a note that said, "keep the other ring as a gift". very cool. now go buy some of their piercing jewelery
